I’m a 29-year-old Dutch student at Fontys university of applied sciences, enrolled into ICT & Media Design, in my fourth year of education.

As a child I’ve always had a penchant for creativity and through it I’ve developed a fondness for anything visual. During my first semester of the Fontys ICT course, I took a liking to both Software Engineering and Media Design. Although, I really enjoyed the endless freedom with programming, I could not help but to miss the visual aspects that had become such a big part of my life.

Through media design and web development I found a good balance of both programming and visual design. As things stand right now, my aim is to become a front-end developer and delve deeper into the possibilities that come with code, as it is exactly that which can really bring a design’s functionality and potential alive.
